pak07 Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and pak07 ("pak07", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform available at pak07.bet. By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the pak07 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the pak07 platform and close any account you may hold. Continued use of the pak07 website or mobile application following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall legal framework governing your use of pak07 services. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other document on the pak07 platform, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To register and maintain an active account on pak07, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pak07 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any stage. Any account found to belong to a user under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, proxy registrations, and accounts created on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid contact number and email address.
• You must not already hold an active pak07 account. Only one account per person, per household, and per shared IP address is permitted.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order issued by pak07 or any other regulated gaming operator.
• The use of pak07 services must not be in violation of any law, regulation, or legal restriction applicable to your specific location within Pakistan.

pak07 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

Each pak07 user is responsible for the full security and proper management of their account. Your pak07 login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — must be kept strictly confidential at all times. pak07 will never contact you to request your password by email, SMS, or any other channel.

You must notify pak07 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. pak07 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the user failed to take reasonable security precautions or failed to report a breach promptly.

pak07 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment instruments.
• Opening of duplicate accounts in violation of the single-account policy.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months without prior arrangement.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, pak07 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Balances associated with accounts closed for fraud or terms violations will be forfeited in full.

pak07 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Pakistani users: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with no currency conversion fees applied by pak07.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified within the pak07 cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice. Users are responsible for checking current limits before initiating a transaction.

• Deposits: Funds deposited via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically credited to your pak07 account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to clear depending on the processing schedule of your bank.
• Withdrawals: Approved withdrawal requests for JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three (1–3) business days. Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification checks prior to processing.
• Source of Funds: pak07 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the legitimate source of any deposited funds as part of our anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. Failure to provide such documentation will result in transaction cancellation and possible account suspension.

pak07 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which pak07 bears no responsibility. Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless alternative arrangements have been approved by pak07 support.

pak07 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, PSL season promotions, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.

The following general rules apply to all pak07 bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus promotion may only be claimed once per user, per household, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times ("wagering requirement") before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for the bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Certain game types — including live casino tables and specific table games — may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• pak07 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with notice provided to affected users where reasonably practicable.

All bets, wagers, and gaming decisions placed on the pak07 platform are final once confirmed. pak07 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse placed bets except in circumstances where pak07 determines, at its sole discretion, that a technical error or manifest pricing mistake has occurred.

The following general rules govern all betting and gaming activity on pak07:

• All cricket, PSL, UFC, and other sports betting markets are governed by the individual market rules published in the pak07 sportsbook. In the event of a dispute, the rules specific to that market take precedence.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or settled on the basis of verified official data sources. pak07 reserves the right to void bets where incorrect in-play data has been published due to a technical fault.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and spinning under controlled studio conditions. pak07 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session or a slot game, the round outcome will be determined and settled automatically in accordance with the game's internal rules. pak07 accepts no liability for losses resulting from user-side connectivity issues.
• Maximum win limits apply to individual bets and promotional play. Winnings that exceed published maximum win caps will be capped at the specified limit regardless of the calculated outcome.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pak07 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software to interact with pak07 games or sportsbook markets in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to generate artificial profits. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live games, or any other multi-player format available on pak07.
• Using the pak07 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal financial activity.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, or facilitating account creation on behalf of other persons.
• Attempting to access the pak07 platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to mask your actual location or identity.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward pak07 staff, support agents, or other users of the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise reproduce any portion of the pak07 platform or its software.

All content on the pak07 platform — including but not limited to the pak07 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and audio, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of pak07 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pak07 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or otherwise commercially exploit any pak07 content without prior written authorisation from pak07.

Any unauthorised use of pak07's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

pak07 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately on the pak07 platform and forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

pak07 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, gaming activity records, and technical data such as IP addresses and device identifiers. This data is used for account management, payment processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and where consent is given, marketing communications.

pak07 will not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, identity verification providers, and gaming regulators as required by law and our operating licence obligations.

pak07 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pak07 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times.

pak07's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising from these Terms or from use of the pak07 platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user to pak07 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pak07's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

pak07 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pak07 will notify registered users via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the pak07 platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect, except where changes are required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations on shorter notice.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the pak07 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the pak07 platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak07 holds its international gaming operating licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be referred to pak07's customer support team for resolution through our internal complaints procedure.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through pak07's internal complaints procedure within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution service specified under pak07's operating licence. pak07 commits to participating in good faith in any such dispute resolution process.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under any applicable consumer protection legislation in Pakistan.
